The London Youth Games 2016 Ealing Every thing went to the plan except that Debbie missed 4 lifts. If she could have had an extra 2 lifts, she would have obtained a silver medal. Tenerife Grand Prix Women’s Only Competition
Nicky lifted in group 5 masters of the Grand Prix Women’s competition (Tenerife) and did a great job in her second ever weightlifter competition. New British Champion 2016 in 105kg. Adam did 138kg snatch and 174kg C& J. Missed 140kg and 180kg which he hit on the 10/5/2016. Very close fight between him and Jacob Fast from Crystal Palace, it was what Adam needed to give him the gold.
