- 17 lifters coming from abroad and 25 lifters from London. (from France, Belgium, Romania and Sweden in total of 45 lifters)Youth & junior – weight in from 8am to 9am and seniors male & females weigh in will be at 11am to 12pm.Group one: Girls youth & junior start at 10am (10 lifters)
Group 2: Boys youth start at 11:30am (8 lifters)
Group 3: Boys Junior start at 13:00 (7 lifters)
Group 4: Women start at 14:30pm (11 lifters)
Group 5: Men at 16:00pm (9 lifters) - Banquet and award ceremony at 8pm.
Please come along and support our lifters. No entry fee required.
- £15 banquet on the 10th Jan 2016 at Rising sun hotel if they want to join for dinner, music and award presentation.
- Lunch on the 10th December will be a packed lunch and only for people who reserve the lunch in advance, loaders, referees and stuff, No food available at sport centre.
